Due to COVID-19, shipping may experience a delay

Processing Time: All items are handmade with love upon ordering. Therefore, please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be processed. Processing time depends on the volume of orders received at the time. Please be mindful that we are still in the middle of a Pandemic and the order may be slightly backed up at times due to COVID-19 delays. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on the weekend your order process will begin the next business day. Shipping Time: Please keep in mind all orders are shipped through UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE and the delivery time may take up to 5-7 business days

Once your order has been shipped out your tracking information will be sent out to the email you provided upon checkout. Mignon's House of Design is NOT responsible for missing or stolen orders. If the item was shipped to the correct address and was seen as delivered via tracking, it is your responsibility to contact the US POSTAL SERVICE, and file a claim regarding your missing merchandise. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES Mignon's House of Design DOES NOT offer returns. Mignon's House of Design does NOT refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
